5 Facebook Feature You Are Missing Out On

People use Facebook every day to share their experiences, connect with friends and family, and form communities. It is a service that allows over two billion people to express themselves across countries, cultures, and languages freely. You can even download videos from these social media websites through 4Hub.info and share your thoughts with your friends.  Facebook has over 300 million members in India, making it one of the most popular social media platforms.

To stay in contact with the needs of its users, Facebook is constantly adding features to its interface. While you may know the platform's basics, several elements are hidden beneath the surface that provides an additional layer of flexibility and efficiency.

1. Scheduled Post On Facebook

It is easy to forget to update your Facebook page daily, and there are many tools through which you can schedule your post. However, you can also do this quickly and free directly from your Facebook page.

This is a simple three-step process:

  1. Press the arrow next to the Publish button at the bottom of the Page.
  2. Choose the day you want the post to be published and the time it should go live. Finally, click Save.
  3. Click on the blue Schedule Post button, and that's it!

Your post is now in the publishing queue, indicating it's all set to go live on the day and time you specify. You can also edit your scheduled posts. Now you can take a seat and focus on growing your business in different ways, knowing that Facebook is already working for you.

2. Live Co-Broadcasting With Three Guests

If you're attempting to go live and establish a fan base, you'll be able to do it with more people now that Facebook allows you to co-broadcast with up to three other guests. You may also post such live broadcasts as Facebook Stories, which appear at the top of your followers' feeds, and badges and front row privileges, which allow the host to see who is watching.

You can easily do this with these steps:

  1. Scroll to the top of your Page.
  2. Tap Start Live Video.
  3. Activate the button to Accept Guest Requests under Your Viewers.
  4. During the live broadcast, your viewers can request to join, which will submit a request to the Page.
  5. As the Page administrator, you can authorize and allow the visitor or spectator to participate in your broadcast.

If any of your viewers are Page admins for any Facebook Pages, viewers will only appear in their viewer list after reacting to or commenting on the video they are watching. After finishing your live broadcast, you can save, share, or delete your live video.

3. Restrict Friends

Facebook gives you the ability to limit who can see your Facebook postings. You can deny some of your "friends" access to your posts if you don't want them to see them.

To do the same, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the friend's profile page whose access you want to limit.
  2. From the grey Friends button (three-dot menu > Friends on mobile), select Edit Friends List > Restricted.

4. Stop Videos From Auto-Playing

One of Facebook's biggest annoyances is that videos start playing automatically while merely scrolling through your feed. Fortunately, you can disable auto-playing movies in your stream.

Following these instructions will make it simple for you to do so.

  1. Open your Facebook account's Settings and go down to the very bottom section, where the last option will be for "Videos."
  2. Open these options to enable the option to disable auto-play video in the Facebook feed.
  3. After modifying the settings, all your movies will display a thumbnail and not play.

If you wish to add the profile links of other social networks to your profile, Facebook works well with them. It allows you to include a range of social relations and a tidy icon in your profile, making it easier to recognize and connect to that social network.

Follow these steps to add links:

  1. To add a profile link, visit your profile, and click on the About section, followed by the Contact and Basic Info section.
  2. To add a social link, tap on the edit icon in front of Websites and Social Links in this area.
  3. You may select from nearly all popular social networks in the drop-down box, including GitHub, Spotify, and Oculus.

These features will assist you in appropriately managing your Facebook account. And if you own a small business, these features will connect you with a vast audience and bring you more consumers. By scheduling your postings, you can efficiently organize your time.
