Fake Promises from Navkar City Builder In Naigaon

  1. Municipal Water supply ( there are ten wings in an apartment, but VVMC water connection only in 3 branches thats why we face lots of Shortage water issues daily.
  2. Temple in Society Compound ( On Bhoomi Pujan Dated 14 Jan 2012 Navkar City Builder has promised for Temple in Society Premises, but still we are there is no response from the builder. Whenever we ask to fulfill all their promises, they ask for another three months, and it has been happening for the last two years.
  3. Electric Meter - from May 2019, we follow up with Navkar City builder in Naigaon. We visited their office several times, but they promised that they would complete all these in a short time, but their short period never ends.
  4. The most crucial thing in Building is the lift - There are ten wings, and the Navkar City builder in Naigaon promised five lifts in Society, but out of 5, only two are available. Still, only one is working because society members face lots of issues and every day they keep waiting for a lift like the local train.
  5. Worst quality construction in Building - Every builder uses top quality material to construct their Building, but Navkar City builder in Naigaon uses the worst quality material. Because of this, society members are facing leakage in their homes from everywhere. Navkar City builder in Naigaon used POP on the wall instead of reti and cement to hide leakages.
  6. Security - there is no security guard available on the day shift, so you can understand how much we were safe in the 20th century. There are ten wings in the Building, but only one security guard available at night who also sleep.
  7. CCTV - there are only a few CCTV cameras available in 10 wings and on society premises which is not enough to secure our family and our bike and cars and other things. And most CCTV is not working.
  8. Maintenance - Navkar City builder in Naigon has already taken two years of care from every member while purchasing a flat, but still builder is asking for maintenance from us.

  2. Pawan Vishwakarma - Mujhe Tho Builder Itna Chutiya Banaya ki aaj Main Sochta hun ki Main Flat Bech Du Lekin ye Builder hum logo ke issue samajhata hi nahin.

Still, the sale agreement mentioned the 6th floor without any prior intimation, and I could not refuse them because they had already taken six lacs rupees from me. Leakage in washroom, bathroom, bedroom and hall wall. Now I feel like cheated by Navkar City builder in Naigaon.
  5. Aditya Pandey - A/5- 106 - While Booking a flat in Navkar City Builder in Naigaon, They Promised for Society Bus, and after passion, they refused the bus for Society. All my floor tiles are broken before possession, and now it's more than a year, but still, they haven't changed it. There is leakage in every wall in my home.
  6. Ramesh Rane - I bought Flat in 2012 at Navkar City Phase 3 - Rajavali, at the time of booking, Builder shown us a wonderful video, in that he mentioned that he will provide Transport facility from Residence to Naigaon Station, Water Facility, Garden, Club, now we are in 2021 but still his work is not completed, also note, he taken 2 years maintenance from us in advance at the time of booking. now There is no VVMC Water, No Security Facility, Club House Still pending, Lift is also not proper and many things still not completed, He is a cheater, request you to please dont buy any flats from him.
  7. Sanjay Soni A/7- 304  / Shop Number 15  -  Shop Me na  Pani Connection hai Aur Na hi Bathroom. Pani connection na hone ki wajah se mujhe shop rent pe dene main problem ho rahi hain. Sweet Ya Hotel Wale to le hi nahin sakte. Sirf aur Sirf Maintenance Charge karte hain. Mujhe Lagta hain Baki Ka Kaam 2050 Main Pura Kar Ke dega.
  8. Gurudayal A10 308 - No facility available for Navkar Phase 3 in society, Bus service from Navkar phase III to Naigaon station ?, Auto share stand from Navkar phase III to Naigaon station ?, No Left facility available for Wing  A10, No Fire safety emergency door, Water Problem.
  9. Shiv kumar kushwaha A5 001- mujhe ghar le kar Kai din ho gaye lekin mera electric meter nahi laga aur jab bhi builder se bolo wo hamesha bolta hai electric meter Wale holiday pe gaye hai. Kitchen ka tiles Sara crack hai. Wall me crack hai, sliding kaam nahin karta. ab aise problem ginane jau tho bahut hai
  10. Rakesh Sinha - A9 005 - All flooring tiles are cracked, windows sliding is not working properly, leakage issues in all tap,
  11. Karuna 401 A5 - wall leakage concern n in rainy days washroom ceiling leakage, water not coming from taps , flush tank water not filling.
  12. Indrasen yadav - A6/502 I have booked my flat in 2012,builder shows us beautiful Plan and a dream house to buy,but in reality he change his plan and make a building which is totally different from original layout.
    Major concern area is security ,water problem,as he promised us vvmc water but we are getting tanker supply which is causing water born diseases like skin problem ,hair fall and other water related problem.
    Even we are not getting proper water supply in my house,if ask them they are having one answer air problem in pipe line,so we are not getting tanker water also how we can expect to get vvmc water.
    How can you trust such builder,not a single project of him is completed in Naigaon in last 10 to 12 yrs.
