Grishneshwar Shiva Temple

Grishneshwar Shiva Temple is one of the most revered and ancient temples in India, located in the village of Verul, near Ellora caves in the state of Maharashtra. Kusuma asked the Lord to remain in the form of a Jyotirlinga at that place forever so that devotees could worship him. It is believed that the Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga is the manifestation of Lord Shiva's gratitude towards Kusuma's devotion.

The temple attracts a large number of devotees from all over the country, especially during the festival of Maha Shivratri. The temple also celebrates other Hindu festivals like Diwali, Holi, and Navratri with great enthusiasm.
