Necessary Ingredients -

Whole wheat flour - 2 cups
Milk powder - 4 tsp
Sugar powder / powdered sugar - 3 tsp
Baking soda - half tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Oil or butter - 2 tsp
Milk - one cup
Curd - 3 tsp

How to make Soft Bread -

To make atta bread , we will first take two cups of wholewheat / atta flour in a bowl, . After this we will take 4 teaspoons of milk powder and after that we will take three teaspoons of powdered sugar because what happens in the bun also has a slight sweetness.

That's why we are using sugar here, after that we will put half a teaspoon of baking soda and a teaspoon of baking powder,  sometimes what happens, many people say that without yeast For how to make a milk bun, we use baking soda and baking powder, if you do not have baking soda and baking powder, then you can use eno fruit salt instead.

After this we will add salt according to taste and mix all the things well and after that filter with the help of sieve, after that we will put 2 tsp refined oil, you can also use butter or ghee here, after that add 3 tsp. Fresh curd and all the things will be mixed well and after adding milk little by little, knead the dough well, we have to knead the dough very well by mashing it well.

After this, we will cut the dough into equal parts with the help of a knife and prepare it by making round balls with the help of hands, after that we will take baking stand and grease it well with oil, ghee or butter, after that we will put this baking tray in the oven and bake it on 75 c

After 30 to 40 minutes when you will see that your atta bread will be ready and after that we will cover the whole bread with wet towel for 1 hour and after 1 hour we will remove the towel and grease it with butter.
